"Hey look here buddy, I'm a Youtube Employee. That means I solve problems. Not problems like 'Why doesn't my video load fast,' because that relies within the conundrums of your connection. I solve practical problems. For example, how am I going to stop some mean ol' bills from a' tearing my website down? The answer; is an ad. And if that don't work: use more ads.
